An opportunity to view a range of agroforestry demo sites that include willow and hybrid poplar biomass trial, a miscanthus grass (elephant grass) biomass trial, a willow clonal trial, a flumioxazin trial on hybrid poplar, riparian plantings and a PFRA balsam poplar progeny trial.

An opportunity to view willow plantations established in 2006 and 2007 with over 30 clones from Canada and the USA, a common willow garden, and some research projects.

An opportunity to view an irrigation trial with several tree species.  The trial includes an effluent irrigation site (from Outlook secondary pond), a clear water trial (irrigation canal water) and a dryland site.  The tree species include: hybrid poplar, willow, bur oak, black walnut, pine, spruce, ash, Manitoba maple among others.
