Organic Crop Marketing

Saskatchewan is home to the largest number of organic producers in Canada and is the leading Canadian exporter of organic grains, oilseeds and cereal-based food ingredients. The vibrant organic grains sector has triggered interest in further opportunities and Saskatchewan currently has around 1021 certified organic processors and handlers. The province is well suited to the 986,5802 acres currently under organic production, given its clean environment, cold winters and abundant farmland.
