    Did You Know? Saskatchewan accounts for over 10 per cent of the world's total exported wheat. Crops Estimate of Crop ProductionStatistics Canada's November production survey of principal field crops estimates 2007 Saskatchewan production at 23.43 million tonnes. The survey contains estimates of producers' seeded area, harvested area, expected yield and production for field crops as of November 2007. All estimates are reported on a "field run" basis, with no reductions for dockage, moisture, or spoilage. The survey was conducted with 31 500 Canadian farmers from October 26 to November 19.
