Saskatchewan has more than 1,200 certified organic producers, over 75 organic processors and more than a dozen certified handlers and traders.

Saskatchewan Agriculture provides support to the province's agricultural industry in a number of areas including, grant financing for agricultural research initiatives, and financing and support to assist primary producers in Saskatchewan.

Integrates stabilization and disaster protection into a single program, helping producers protect their farming operations from both small and large drops in income.
The "Feed Grain and Forage Listing Service" is available without cost to the user.
Provides producers with alternative financing options to purchase livestock or construct or expand feedlot facilities.
Develop and deliver federal/provincial safety net risk management programs and services for the agriculture sector.

The Saskatchewan Pastures Program (SPP) offers supplemental grazing on an equitable basis to Saskatchewan livestock producers.
